Švedska policija deaktivirala je jučer kasno navečer torbu s eksplozivom pronađenu u središtu Stockholma i u tijeku je kriminalističko istraživanje, rekao je danas glasnogovornik tamošnje policije.

“Policija je procijenila da je torba koja je u nedjelju pronađena u Kungstradgardenu sadržavala eksploziv”, stoji u priopćenju policije. Navode da je pokrenuta istraga te da za sada nitko nije priveden. Nisu iznijeli detalje oko toga tko je postavio napravu niti oko toga tko je mogao biti meta.

Provedena forenzička istraga

Eksplozivna naprava pronađena je u torbi u parku švedske prijestolnice, koji je bio jedno od mjesta u Stockholmu u kojem se održavao godišnji Festival kulture, koji je trajao od 17. do 21. kolovoza.

“Područje je privremeno ograđeno, a bomba deaktivirana i izvađena iz torbe. Vlasti su u ponedjeljak ujutro provele forenzičku istragu”, izvijestila je policija.

“Sada će se svi elementi istrage proučiti. Tek nakon potpunog pregleda u nacionalnom forenzičnom centru moći ćemo sa sigurnošću kazati je li opasni predmet bio upotrebljiv”, rekao je policijski načelnik Erik Akerlund.
