Robin van Persie, nizozemski napadač Manchester Uniteda, karijeru će nastaviti u turskom Fenerbahčeu s kojim je već dogovorio osobne uvjete prelaska. Tvrdi to dio otočkih medija koji dodaje i da će ugovor biti potpisan na četiri godine.

Već neko vrijeme spominje se mogućnost odlaska uskoro 32-godišnjeg nizozemskog nogometnog reprezentativca, ali su se kao odredišta spominjali Lazio i Juventus.

U prošloj je sezoni Van Persie upisao tek deset pogodaka u 27 prvenstvenih ogleda za klub s Old Trafforda i nikada nije u potpunosti stekao povjerenje menadžera momčadi Louisa van Gaala.
